Who it is for

Suppliers of vacuum furnace parts: main furnace parts, instrumentation and hardware, control-cabinet components.
Companies that supply complete vacuum furnaces, horizontal or vertical.

Product catalog: name, part number and description; optionally a STEP file, a PDF link and a link to your product page.
Each product is matched to a part of the furnace model, or listed as a complete furnace.
Customers find it when they open that part in the 3D furnace model or in the parts catalog.
Quote requests are reviewed by our team before they reach you.
You answer each request once: unit price, currency (EUR, USD or TRY), delivery time in weeks and your notes — or you decline it.
Status tracking: waiting for your answer, quoted, accepted or declined by the customer.
Notifications in the app and by e-mail when a request reaches you and when the customer accepts your offer.
Questions about a furnace part go straight to our team from the 3D model.

Create a SmartFurnace account.
Once the account is approved, open Settings and send the supplier application with your company name.
Our team reviews the application and tells you the result by e-mail.

The Supplier Portal appears in the app menu.
Add your products and match them to furnace parts.
Answer the quote requests you receive and follow each one until the customer decides.

Your product list shows no prices; a price exists only in your answer to a request.
Customers see your company name; your e-mail address is shown to a customer only after you have sent an offer.
You see who sent a request (name, company, e-mail) once our team has passed it on to you.
Order, payment and delivery are arranged directly between you and the customer, not on the platform.
