Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are entered into between Adencon (address: Bilişim Vadisi, Gebze/Kocaeli) registered company name, company registration no., tax ID: to be completed ("SmartFurnace" or the "Platform") and the individual or legal entity using the platform (the "User").

SmartFurnace is an engineering software (SaaS) service for designing and sizing industrial vacuum heat-treatment furnaces and managing supplier quote workflows.

Accounts become usable after the email address has been verified and our team has approved the account. For accounts opened through an invitation to a company workspace, the invitation covers both steps.

You are responsible for your account security and for all activity carried out through your account. You must keep your account information accurate and up to date, and keep your password confidential.

Supplier accounts sign in with the same session system as every other account; a supplier profile is a role added to a normal account and approved by our team, and may only be used to participate in quote workflows. Registering as a supplier does not by itself create a separate commercial relationship with Adencon Mühendislik.

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts the platform's normal operation (e.g. excessive load, exploiting security vulnerabilities).

The software, design engine, calculation algorithms, and content on the platform belong to Adencon Mühendislik. Design data you create for your own projects belongs to you.

The platform offers free and paid subscription plans. Upgrades to a paid plan are currently processed manually; self-serve online payment will be available soon. Plans are arranged with our team; to learn more or change your plan, reach us via our Contact page.

The AI assistant “Vacuo” is available where it has been enabled. To produce its answers, the assistant sends the messages you type and the data it looks up to answer them (calculation results, part information, the status of your projects and requests, the offers you have received, your maintenance plans; for supplier accounts, the requests passed on to the supplier; when you ask about a document you uploaded, that document) to Anthropic (Claude API). Conversations are not stored on our servers; only usage information (message count, the model used, token counts and ratings) is kept. Numeric results come from the platform’s calculation engines. Plant cost data is never sent to the assistant.

The platform is provided "as is". Calculation results are an engineering aid; final engineering decisions and pre-production verification remain the responsibility of the user/engineer.

You can request closure of your account from the Settings page or via the Data Subject Request Form; requests are handled by our team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent court: to be completed.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the choice of governing law and jurisdiction above does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by the law of your country of residence; those rights remain reserved.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified to the email address associated with your account.
