Project Planning: stages, dates and progress of one furnace order.

What you work with

  • Furnace type: horizontal or vertical.
  • A part: click it on the model or search by name.
  • View tools: exploded view, cross-section, see-through view, labels, measuring in mm.
  • In a project plan: dates, checklists, documents and messages per stage.

What you get

  • Part card: description, material, weight, quantity, specifications, assembly note.
  • Assembly specification and bill of materials as PDF; parts list as Excel.
  • A link to the same view, and an image of it.
  • Quote requests for parts, reviewed by our team and sent to suppliers.
  • Project Planning: stages with dates, progress, Gantt view, PDF and FAT/SAT approval.

How it works

  1. Choose the horizontal or the vertical furnace; the model loads in your browser.
  2. Explode the assembly or cut a section, then select a part.
  3. Read the part card and its assembly note.
  4. Export the bill of materials, or request quotes for parts.
  5. For an order, our team opens a project plan; you follow its stages there.

Good to know

  • The assembler shows two reference furnaces: one horizontal, one vertical.
  • It does not build a 3D model from a furnace designer result.
